TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICE

Brooks Avenue aims to provide an outstanding personalized service. To achieve this, we have set out some operational terms and conditions. Please take the time to read this before your appointment.

1. If it’s your first colour service with us, you will need a skin test 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

2.If you need advice on which service, you require or are looking for inspiration, please book in for a complimentary consultation.

3.A blow dry is not included with your colour service and will need to be booked in with your stylist.

4.All colours and services are bespoke to the individual, so prices may vary.

5.We increase our prices every year in line with inflation and rising costs.

Cancellation Policy – If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you do not show up for your appointment at all, you will be charged the full price of the service.

If you miss 2 appointments, we will require a 50% deposit when booking for the future.

If you miss your skin test appointment and we can’t get hold of you, we will have to cancel your colour appointment.
